Seac Action Dive Computer - Scuba & Freediving Mode, Dive Logbook, Planner, Safety Alarms

The Seac Action Dive Computer has garnered a mixed reception from customers, with several users expressing significant dissatisfaction primarily centered around product quality and customer service issues. A common thread in these reviews is the concern regarding the durability and functionality of the dive computer when exposed to water. One user reported that their watch stopped working well before the anticipated life cycle, citing the internal components were rusty despite the product being designed for underwater use. This raises concerns about the build quality and reliability of the watch for scuba diving and freediving activities. Other customers echoed frustrations related to the warranty process and the effectiveness of customer service from both Seac and Amazon. There were mentions of complications in seeking repairs or returns, with one customer lamenting that both companies were unhelpful in resolving their concerns over a defective product, leading to feelings of being abandoned after spending a Considerable amount of money on what should have been a reliable diving tool. On a more positive note, some users did appreciate the good value for money, indicating that, when functioning, the watch performs adequately. The display was found to be readable, and it offers the basic functions expected from a dive computer. However, the complexity of the instructions was raised as a negative, with one reviewer suggesting that it requires significant effort to fully grasp the usage. In conclusion, while the Seac Action Dive Computer has the potential to serve as a functional diving companion with good features for its price, significant concerns regarding reliability, customer service, and warranty support overshadow these positives, leading to a generally negative customer experience. **
