Respuesta: Depends on the fit you want and build of your hands. My palm measured 23cm, bought both the L & XL. Can get into L but a bit tight and a job to get off. XL is perfect. Great gloves though. -

Do you think these will be suitable for use when self propelling a lightweight wheelchair?
Respuesta: The issue with these gloves arises when you lift very heavy weights, the palms can stretch and go out of shape under a high load such as deadlifting / rope climbing. They're aimed at moderate to heavy gym machine usage really but they are robust and very comfortable. In self propelling a wheelchair your hands would only be in contact with the wheels for a fraction of a second so these gloves would be fine. It's worth pointing out that the backs of them are made from breathable material. -

Would the palm cushioning be strong enough to support full body weight on parallel bars and reduce pressure on the bones?
Respuesta: Not sure, I do slightly more of my body weight on chest press and it feels absolutely fine. If it helps, the cushioning is 3-4mm top. It’s pretty comfortable and offers nice support to your wrist.
