Respuesta: No, the tension keepers only work on toms and snare drums. They wouldn't fit my kick drum and I have a reference series kick. -

Respuesta: Yes, it should - as long as one side of the Pearl black plastic lug lock is pressed up against the rim (during tension) and is physically touching the rim. This will keep the tension rod secure and tight and keep it from loosening up during the performance while playing the drum.
