Respuesta: Ready to hang. However, the material is very sheer; can see through it. May not do well in windy locations. Stitching on the one I received was loose in a couple of places. I will not buy from this source again. -

Respuesta: I live in South Texas where today the winds are 25mph gusting up to 40mph so I think our winds would tear it up if used on a pole outside. I have my flag - framed and hung on the side of front porch... seems to be holding up well but again, it's protected somewhat. it's well made but not a heavy cloth. Hope this helps. -
