Respuesta: Its a natural way to manage blood pressure. My husband was on a BP drug, he hates taking drugs, had horrible side effects and got off of them as fast as he could. We learned about this cardio vh, he's been using it ever since & it has done a great job! He ha probably been using it now for 2 1/2 year -

How long does this take to start working?
Respuesta: Not very long at all. My husband and i both take these & they work great. He started them before me and within a few days to a week, he was seeing a difference. He had been on prescription BP meds and had horrible side affects so quit them as fast as he could & started the Cardio VH. We've both used them for several years now and they have worked. He started taking 2 at the beginning, but it made him very sluggish, so went to 1, i take just 1 as well and we're very happy with the results.
