The KEYESTUDIO Mega 2560 Plus Microcontroller Board for Arduino with Type-C USB has received mixed reviews. Some customers have had issues with the board, especially with the Silicon Labs CP2012 chip used instead of the usual Arduino Mega serial driver. Users have also had problems with power and USB stability. However, the low profile USB-C plug is seen as a positive feature which does not interfere with other boards. The Serial to USB chip is limited to around 500000bps which is disappointing as it is not at the 2mbps level of the official Arduino. There are mislabeled pins on the board and the power supply port on some boards does not work. However, the quality of the KEYESTUDIO 2560 is as good as any other knock-off microcontroller board.
