Why doesn't the pump work? all 3 of the pumps in my 3-pack don't turn properly to the open position. am i doing this wrong? anyone have the answer?
Respuesta: They arrive locked so they do not leak. One of mine was harder than the others to open, but hold bottle bottom in your hand, with the other hand push down on pump top and turn in arrow direction and it may take more than one full turn around to unlock it. Safety measure so small children don't eat it because it smells so good. -
