Melanie Martinez Format: Vinyl Soul Editorial Review
In the editorial review of the "PORTALS (Deluxe)" vinyl, customers have expressed a generally favorable reception of the album, particularly praising the aesthetic appeal of the pink vinyl. Fans of Melanie are particularly enthusiastic, finding her music to resonate strongly with them. Most tracks were well-received, eliciting positive feedback for their quality and overall enjoyment. However, one significant drawback highlighted by some listeners was the track titled "void," which experienced multiple skips, leading to disappointment. Despite this issue, many reviewers remain loyal to Melanie and are willing to overlook the defect, attributing it to isolated quality control challenges rather than a reflection of the artist's talent. The album’s physical attributes also garnered attention, with comments noting that the color of the vinyl is more of a flat pastel pink than the pearlescent pink depicted in promotional images. Overall, the combination of the vibrant color and the music's impact contributes to a mostly positive experience for fans, even in light of a few minor production issues. **
