Sun-Tek Skylights have a Limited 5 Year Warranty. SPECIFICATIONS: Double pane which enhances thermal protection. Maximum roof opening size: 22 1/2 width x 30 1/2 length, Overall size including flange: 29 width x 37 length. Has no metal flange. Designed for use in Mobile Homes.
