It is compatible with a range of holsters and pistols, however, compatibility with the 1911 Nub Mod is required for certain gun makes. Customers have noticed a marked improvement in their draw and note how installation is easy, although some have reported that the hood is tight when brought over the gun. The main benefit of the product is how it makes it extremely easy to draw, and it is almost impossible to miss. Some customers are disappointed that the product is a little pricey for what it is.
