Respuesta: I used these pillows to fill shams. They hold their shape beautifully though they are not "stiff". -

Respuesta: I got the firm pillow. This does get soft about a month into using them. -

Respuesta: I have found these pillows to be very resilient and supportive. The softness has not diminished. I have owned mine over 6 months. It has been my experience that moisture will affect a pillows performance. If you are a hot sleeper, use a pillow protector to keep your pillows fresh. -

Respuesta: They strike me as being on the fluffy side. I just measured, and from mattress to the top of the pillow is just over 7 inches. -
