Horror Editorial Review

Deception Blu-ray Deception, starring Hugh Jackman and Ewan McGregor, is a modern noir film with a great cast and a good plot. The movie draws inspiration from old Hollywood, giving it a nostalgic feel. Jackman and McGregor deliver excellent performances, showcasing their talent in roles that are different from what audiences may be used to. However, there are mixed reviews regarding the credibility of the movie. Some viewers felt that the story was unrealistic and made too many assumptions. They expected more from Hugh Jackman, who is known for his impressive acting abilities. On the other hand, others enjoyed the movie and found it worthwhile, highlighting the strong performances by the lead actors. One aspect of concern for some viewers was the summary of the movie, which hinted at the presence of a "sex club" element. This caused worry and raised apprehensions about the direction of the film. However, despite these concerns, the movie is described as a great watch, albeit feeling more suited to a TV movie of the week rather than a big-screen experience. In conclusion, Deception is a modern noir film with an excellent cast and a compelling plot. While some viewers may find the movie's assumptions unrealistic and expected more from Hugh Jackman, others enjoyed the film and praised the performances of the lead actors.
