Delphi MF0011 Mechanical Fuel Pump

The Delphi MF0011 Mechanical Fuel Pump receives mixed reviews from customers. While some users found it to be a good solution for their fuel problems, others had negative experiences with the product. One customer mentioned that the pump fixed their fuel issue and worked fine on their 1976 454 engine. However, they couldn't comment on its durability or other factors apart from its initial functionality. On the other hand, there were customers who had significant issues with the pump. One user complained that the pump did not deliver enough fuel during hard acceleration and advised against purchasing it, calling it "junk." Another customer faced compatibility issues, as the pump they received had the lines in the wrong place. They had to return it and mentioned it might be the pump designed for a 454 block instead of their 396 V8 engine. There was also a user who received a faulty pump that did not work at all. They had to buy a pump locally and returned the defective one after the return window had already closed. However, there were positive experiences as well. One user mentioned that the new pump worked significantly better than their old one, which they realized was lacking after installing the Delphi MF0011. Overall, the Delphi MF0011 Mechanical Fuel Pump has received mixed reviews. While some customers found it to be a suitable fix for their fuel issues, others faced compatibility problems, received faulty pumps, or experienced performance issues.
