This switch is designed to monitor and control temperature and pressure in a wide range of industrial applications. With a maximum temperature rating of 250deg F (121deg C) and a maximum operating pressure of 25 PSI (172 kPa), this switch can handle even the toughest conditions. Whether you're in the oilfield, gas compression, power generation, marine, agriculture, construction, mining, or trucking industry, this switch is a must-have for your equipment. The EL150K1#15700116 features a durable die-cast aluminum case with a polyurethane coating, ensuring long-lasting performance in any environment.
The approximate dimensions of 5 x 4-3/4 x 2-3/4 in. (127 x 121 x 70 mm) make it compact and easy to install. This switch comes with an IP35 enclosure rating, providing excellent protection against dust and water. The mounting holes are conveniently placed at 4-1/2 in.
(114 mm) on center, making installation a breeze. The FW Murphy - EL150K1#15700116 is equipped with a brass float, polycarbonate lens, and saturated nitrile O-rings, making it suitable for use with coolant or hydrocarbons. The gasket is also made of nitrile, ensuring a tight seal. Additionally, the switch features a 1/4 x 5 in. (6 x 127 mm) copper cane vent tube with a 1/4 NPT x 1/4 in.
(6 mm) tube fitting, allowing for easy monitoring of pressure changes. The snap-switch of the EL150K1#15700116 is SPDT (Single-Pole Double-Throw) and is rated at 10 A @ 125 VAC, 0.5 A @ 125 VDC, and 10 A 30 VDC. The wire size is (3) 18 AWG x 14 in.
