This multi-function trainer is a heavy-duty commercial grade piece of gym equipment perfect for home use. It comes with all the attachments necessary to do everything from squats and shoulder press to cable exercises. The support arms that are intended to catch the weight of a barbell are sturdy and easy to adjust. There are also pull-up bars and a dip attachment to cover bodyweight exercises. The weight stacks come in kg only. It can take a while to assemble, but with two people, it can be done quickly.
