Take Shelter is a film that fails to deliver on its interesting premise. While the acting is good, the execution and storytelling leave much to be desired. The film focuses more on mental health issues rather than the exciting storm movie many were expecting. Despite its potential, Take Shelter falls short and is ultimately a disappointing experience.
