Its Zink technology eliminates the need for ink cartridges, making it much more convenient than traditional printers. The set-up is straightforward, and according to some customers, it is the easiest set-up they've experienced. Additionally, Kodak's customer service is highly praised, and they offer great warranty coverage. However, some customers did face some issues. Some remarked that the Bluetooth option wouldn't work, and the printer began printing lines on the picture, making the end result unsatisfactory. One customer experienced a jammed printer after only using it once and is highly disappointed and will be returning the printer, even though it worked well initially.
