Some customers have found the dress to be tight in the hips and baggy in the waist/bust. However, most reviews recommend sizing up for comfort because the dress generally runs small. It is made of a nice cotton blend with weightiness and is more "boxy" than "form fitting". One customer suggested adding a zipper and faux buttons instead. The dress is not suitable for nursing job interviews but could be worn for other occasions. It would be great if it came with a belt as it has built-in belt loops.
