However, a customer had some issues with the CD player, the tray being difficult to open and encountering an error message. Despite this, the store's customer service was prompt and efficient in resolving the issue. Another customer also praised the quality of the product and the ease of use. However, the tape player did not seem to be functioning well for one customer.
