Is this a solid wood or laminate uke?
Respuesta: Nowhere is laminate mentioned. Sengon wood seems to be the main component. The gloss finish could be a bit off-putting. I bought it for the wide-neck and am very satisfied. I'm surprised there are not other wide-neck ukes about. Tell me if there are, please. -

Respuesta: Not directly, you'd have to buy some sort of pickup or transducer to clip on. I can recommend this ukulele, it's not the cheapest but it sounds very good! -

Respuesta: We bought this for our daughter and she has no problem tuning with the pegs, but as it is her first one she has nothing to compare it with. -

Respuesta: The nut is about 44mm wide. -

Respuesta: Assuming nut width is where the strings start below the tuning keys where the frets start, mine is 35mm. -
