The Merrell Moab hiking boots are lightweight and comfortable, making them perfect for long hikes. However, they are not completely waterproof out of the box and only offer water-resistant protection. The boots have a good sole traction, making them safe to use on slippery surfaces, but the material may not be oil-resistant, which could leave stains on the floor or concrete. The boots come in different sizes, including a range of widths that accommodate feet from regular to wide, and a great feature is their good ankle support which will reduce your chances of twisting an ankle. It's a shame that they are leather and not vegan, however, the advantage of leather is that they are durable and this product can therefore be considered as eco-friendly.
