Answer: The Radio cut out of this kit is a standard Double DIN size. 173mm wide x 96.8mm tall. This kit will work with True Double DIN Radios with screen faces 6.2 - 6.8 inches. Some Radios that are labeled as Double DIN are actually oversize. You may have to do some minor trimming inside the kit in order to make a larger Radio fit. It is compatible with 2002-06 Ford models and can mount standard single DIN and double DIN stereos, accommodating double DIN stereos with screens up to 3 13/16 inches x 6 13/16 inches. It will not fit a 2002 Ford Ranger, but will fit a 2003 Ford Explorer or Expedition. The kit works with Pioneer double DIN radios and other brands as long as they are standard double DIN size.
