This milk pasteurizer is made in Austria and can pasteurize up to 14 liters of milk in a single cycle. The process takes approximately 1 hour and a half, and the machine does not have an agitator. It can handle a minimum of 3 liters or 0.8 gallons of milk. To use, milk is poured into the machine and set to the desired temperature and time. After which, the milk needs to be cooled down using the machine's tap connection. A video demonstration is available on the company's website.
